About Us
Dream to Reality Foundation was created from a vision to ensure that every child has the opportunity to dream, grow, and succeed regardless of the challenges they may face. We believe that every young person deserves access to positive role models, quality educational opportunities, life-changing experiences, and a supportive community that believes in their potential.
Through our four pillars, Empower, Educate, Inspire, and Transform, we provide programs that help youth develop confidence, strengthen academic success, build essential life skills, and become leaders in their communities. Whether through mentorship, educational enrichment, life skills training, or community engagement, our goal is to equip young people with the tools they need to create a brighter future.
At Dream to Reality Foundation, we know that lasting change happens when families, volunteers, educators, businesses, and community partners work together. Every act of service, every mentor, and every opportunity helps move a child one step closer to turning their dreams into reality. Because when a child is given hope, guidance, and the opportunity to succeed, dreams become goals, goals become achievements, and lives are transformed.

Meet Our Founder
Ronnida Stroman-Malchow, Founder & Executive Director
My name is Ronnida Stroman-Malchow, and I am the founder of Dream to Reality Foundation. I am a wife, mother, and community advocate currently living in Houston, Texas.
Originally from Pennsylvania, I spent more than 20 years in Atlanta before making Houston my home. Growing up as one of five children in a single-parent household, life was not always easy. My mother worked tirelessly to provide for our family, and her unconditional love, strength, and determination helped shape the person I am today. She taught me the importance of perseverance, compassion, and believing that difficult circumstances do not define your future.
My passion for helping others, especially children and families, inspired me to create Dream to Reality Foundation. The foundation was also inspired by the memory of my son and my desire to create something meaningful that leaves a lasting impact on the community. I believe that every child deserves hope, encouragement, and opportunities to succeed, regardless of their circumstances.
Through the Dream to Reality Foundation, my goal is to empower children and families by providing support, resources, mentorship, and opportunities that build confidence, strengthen mental wellness, and address basic needs such as food security. I want people to know that their current situation is only temporary and that with the right support, guidance, and determination, they can create a brighter future. My mission is simple: to help others dream bigger, believe in themselves, and turn their dreams into reality, together.
