The Dream to Reality Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving youth and families in our community. We provide enrichment programs, school outreach, pop-up community events, and resource connections: all designed to help individuals achieve their goals and know they have a community standing with them. Our four pillars guide everything we do: Educate, Empower, Inspire, and Transform.

Dream to Reality Foundation is led by its founder, Ronnida Stroman-Malchow, a wife, mother, and community advocate based in Houston, Texas. Growing up in a single-parent household as one of five children, Ronnida learned firsthand the power of perseverance and unconditional love. That foundation, combined with the memory of her son, inspired her to create Dream to Reality Foundation with a clear mission: to empower children and families through support, mentorship, resources, and opportunities that build confidence, strengthen mental wellness, and address basic needs like food security. Ronnida believes every child deserves hope regardless of their circumstances and that with the right support, anyone can turn their dreams into reality.

We currently serve families in Texas with plans to expand.
